Introduction of generator rotor
The motor rotor is divided into two types: inner rotor rotation mode and outer rotor rotation mode. The rotation mode of the inner rotor is that the core body in the middle of the motor is a rotating body, which outputs torque (refers to the motor) or income energy (refers to the generator). The rotation mode of the outer rotor is to use the outer body of the motor as a rotating body, and different ways facilitate the application of various occasions.

Motor stator and rotor production is roughly the same, many manufacturers are using high-speed stamping machine to process production. The domestic motor industry generally adopts the "one drop three" stamping process to manufacture motor core punches, namely:(1) one-time blanking (punching out stator wafers, rotor wafers, and central shaft holes);(2) punching stator slots;(3) punching rotor slots. In the production process of this process, the rotor plate has many positioning, concentricity deviation, irregular appearance of the iron core after lamination, and after the iron core is wound and inserted into the casing, the casing squeezes the outer circle of the stator core to move between the plates, damage the winding, form short circuit and other defects, which seriously affects the assembly quality of the motor. At the same time, the gap in the mold manufacturing process is not easy to be guaranteed, resulting in problems such as long punch burrs, poor interchangeability and short die life.
